Returns & Refunds

Your happiness matters to us. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened confectionery for food-safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below the standard you expect, please email support@ethosdoesgoodies.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
